Each ahuenna.© piece is created individually once an order is placed.
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@ahuenna.com.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
Our team will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
You will not need to send the product back unless specifically instructed.
Return Authorization
If a return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions by email.
Only authorized returns will be accepted; unsolicited packages cannot be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Customer errors in shipping address
• Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Each product is made to order and dispatched once production is complete.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination.
After dispatch, ahuenna.© / SIA “Ahu-Enna” is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
